Dr. Heis completed his undergraduate degree at Rollins College in 1976. A true Cincinnati native, he returned to University of Cincinnati and in 1980 obtained his medical degree. He completed his PM&R training at The Ohio State University in 1983. He has been the Medical Director of local Cincinnati rehab units for the past 25+ years.
Dr. Godby completed his undergraduate training at the University of Kentucky in 2004, graduating summa cum laude. He continued on to complete his medical training as a Beale Scholar and graduating with high distinction at the University of Kentucky in 2008. His residency in PM&R was completed at Ohio State University in 2012.
Dr. Staggs completed his undergraduate studies in 2008 and then medical training in 2012 at Wright State University. After completing his intern year at Wright State, he moved to Atlanta where he completed his PM&R residency at Emory University in 2016. He then moved back to Ohio and joined our group as Medical Director of the Mercy Fairfield Acute Rehab Unit in 2016.
Dr. Treadway graduated cum laude with a degree in Neuroscience from Pomona College in 2009. She then obtained her medical degree from UCLA in 2013. She completed her PM&R training in 2017 at the University of Pittsburgh where she served as chief resident. She has now joined the practice to become Associate Medical Director of the Mercy West Acute Rehab Unit.
Rebecca completed her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016 and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2020. She currently holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has experience in Orthopedics and Critical Care. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Dr. Strickland completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio State University and went on to University of Toledo to obtain her medical degree in 2017. After completing her internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital, she came back to Ohio State University where she completed her PM&R residency in 2021 and joining our group that same year.
